01The messaging program
Businescope Apps LLC ("Businescope", "we", "us") operates a text messaging program for people who book a demo or hold an account with us. These SMS Terms govern that program and form part of our Terms of Service.
We send two kinds of messages, and nothing else:
- Booking and account messages — demo confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and account or security notifications.
- Conversational replies — answers to questions you send us by text.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not use text messaging for advertising of any kind.
02How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on a form on businescope.com and checking the SMS consent box on that form. The box is never checked in advance, it is separate from every other checkbox on the form, and leaving it unchecked has no effect on anything else you are doing.
The consent text on the form reads:
I agree to receive text messages from Businescope Apps LLC about my demo booking and account at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book a demo, open an account, and use every part of the Services without ever agreeing to text messages.
We never buy, rent, or import mobile numbers from third parties, and we never add a number to the program on someone else's behalf.
03How you opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages to that number.
You can also email at@businescope.com from the address associated with your account, or ask us during any conversation.
To rejoin later, submit the form again and check the consent box.
04How to get help
Reply HELP to any message and we will reply with contact details and a short description of the program. You can also email at@businescope.com at any time.
05Frequency, cost, and delivery
- Message frequency varies and depends on your bookings and account activity. There is no recurring campaign schedule.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message you send and receive; we do not charge for the program itself.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers include the major U.S. mobile carriers. Carrier participation can change without notice.
06Your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use your mobile number and your consent record only to send the messages described above, to keep proof of your consent, and to comply with telecommunications rules. We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile numbers or SMS consent data under any circumstances.

07Changes and contact
We may update these SMS Terms as the program or the applicable rules change. We will revise the last-updated date above, and material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
